Franklin (Frank) Morgan Tapley and
Laney Minton Tapley
She is my first cousin, 1x removed.
Sallie is buried next to her second husband, Tom Geter,
and in the same plot (seen below) as her son,
Rev. James Rufus Wheeler.

What are they buried in sand?
ReplyDeleteI am sure they are buried in Georgia Clay, but someone did pour sand into the family plot. Most of the time, you see landscaping pebbles or rocks in cemetery plots, but this cemetery was different. To say the least. Not a very pretty job was done.
