    There is a story on Ancestry hints that when Celia and Charles married, he was 30 years old and she was only 15. She wrote the number "15" on a piece of paper, and when the Justice of the Peace asked her her age, she stated, "I'm over 15."  They must have married between their birthdays as he would have turned 30 on August 10, and she would have been 16 on October 7.
